Dockvera Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Dockvera. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Prohibited activities
Customers and users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, organizations, plants, or data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except with HarderTech's prior written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited restrictions are not permitted by law
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Abuse APIs, automation, or rate limits in a way that degrades the Service
- Interfere with other customers' use of the Service
- Use invite links, tokens, or credentials belonging to another party without authorization
- Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent identity or affiliation when submitting delivery or operational information
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their users' compliance with this AUP, for protecting vendor invite links, and for the accuracy of information submitted through their organization.
Enforcement
HarderTech LLC may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access as needed to protect the Service and other customers.
