This Cookie Policy explains how HarderTech LLC ("HarderTech," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on dockvera.com and the Dockvera application (the "Service"). It should be read with the Dockvera Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels used for security or functionality. In this Policy, “cookies” includes those similar technologies where the context allows.

2. How we use cookies
2.1 Essential cookies
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function, including:
- Authentication and session management (including our identity provider)
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse protection
- Remembering plant or preference selections within the application
- Load balancing and reliable delivery of the Service
- CSRF or similar request-integrity protections where applicable
These cookies are necessary. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or core features from working. Authentication and related cookies may be set for, or shared across, domains and subdomains as technically necessary for the Service (for example, marketing host and customer application hosts).
2.2 Analytics and marketing cookies
As of the Last Updated date above, a codebase scan of Dockvera application TypeScript/TSX sources and `package.json` did not identify non-essential advertising or analytics trackers such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, PostHog, Sentry Session Replay, Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Vercel Analytics. On that basis, Dockvera does not currently set third-party advertising cookies or non-essential marketing trackers on the Service.
If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide choices where required by law (for example, a consent banner on marketing pages where applicable). Do not rely on this statement after new trackers are added without updating this Policy.
2.3 Third-party essential services
Some essential cookies or storage may be set by subprocessors that provide authentication, hosting, or similar infrastructure (for example, our identity provider). Those parties process information under their terms and HarderTech’s arrangements with them, as described in the Privacy Policy. HarderTech is not contractually locked in this Policy to any named vendor.

3. Your controls
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or alert on cookies). Blocking essential cookies may limit or break authenticated use of Dockvera.
If your organization manages devices, browser policies set by your IT administrator may also control cookies.

4. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Service does not currently respond to DNT signals in a differentiated way because we do not use non-essential advertising trackers. We will update this Policy if that changes.

5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy by publishing a revised version with a new Last Updated date and, when published, an effective date. Material changes will be handled consistently with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use where applicable.
